Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Architectural Engagement & Scope All services, including the Executive Blueprint, Culture Construction, Leadership Navigator, and Architectural Keynotes, are governed by a separate signed Service Agreement. These website terms apply to the general use of CamelaAndCompany.com and the initial "Structural Consultation."
2. Intellectual Property (The Blueprints) All materials, including the "5-Point Compliance Checklist," "Structural Integrity Reports," and custom training "Blueprints," are the sole intellectual property of Camela and Company, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of these architectural frameworks is strictly prohibited.
3. Consultation & Booking Policy
Cancellations: Camela and Company, LLC requires 24-hour notice for the rescheduling of any "Structural Consultation" or "Navigator Session."
Payments: For the Leadership Navigator and other modular services, payment is required upfront to secure the Architect’s time. All deposits for retainers or speaking engagements are non-refundable as they lock the Architect's availability.
4. Confidentiality (The Vault) Camela and Company, LLC maintains a "Direct-to-Architect" confidentiality standard. Any data shared during a "Site Walkthrough" or Audit is held in strict confidence and is never shared with third parties without express written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Camela and Company, LLC or Dr. Camela Ford be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of the leadership strategies provided on this site or in consulting sessions.
6. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
